Got daughter an iPod Nano a year ago. Washed it about 10
mos. ago. Still worked, but light in screen didn't. Found you, found the video
of breaking down nano 4th Generation, got new screen...and it's like new. My

was 2 years old and they made it look brand new again. Not to mention they
added a new battery which I needed. Seems to last longer then it use to even

I wanted to take the time to commend you on your phenomenal service and prices. I ordered a
headphone jack and faceplate which cost about 1/3 of the price the Apple store was going to charge
me to fix my iPod. The necessary tools needed to fix it are included and replacing the parts was fairly easy.
