Parts and Repair:
The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions")
described below govern the use of this site (referred to as
"DigiExpress" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order
indicate your acceptance of these Conditions. DigiExpress. of
PA.
DigiExpress provides both a 15 day refund policy and a lifetime warranty on our batteries and iPod LCD screens please read the terms below.
iPhone 1G LCD/Digitizer assemblies are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Nano batteries can't be returned/refunded if they have already been soldered in an iPod.
15 Day Refund Policy.
We will gladly refund your money, no questions asked, for any part
you purchase from us unless otherwise specified, as long as you return it to us within 15 days of the
purchase date, unopened in excellent condition. Used batteries can not be returned or refunded. Any main electronics board or hard drive that has been installed or opened is not eligible for a refund. Labor and shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds are
only available to the original purchaser. More than 15 days but less than 30 days from the order date, you may still return eligible items for store credit.
If you would like a refund,
send the product and proof of purchase to us and we will mail you a refund check or credit your payment source within 10-14 days of receipt. All returned parts will be tested before a refund is issued.
Lifetime Warranty.
We warrant our batteries and LCD screens to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship and to operate in the manner intended, for as long as you use it in the music player for which it was
originally purchased.
- If you purchased a battery
directly from us, we will replace it upon your request for free, plus a
nominal shipping and handling charge.
- If you purchased an LCD screen
directly from us, we will replace it upon your request, plus
a nominal shipping and handling charge.
If
you wish us to install your new replacement battery or LCD screen, the standard tech fee applies.
Parts or products for which replacement is made shall become our property.
We
reserve the right to replace any product which has been discontinued
from its product line with a new product of comparable value and
function.
WE DISCLAIM
ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN.
OUR
SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR
REPLACE THE COVERED PRODUCT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH
HEREIN. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY LOST PROFITS, GENERAL, SPECIAL,
INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT FROM BREACH OF ANY
WARRANTY, OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY OF OUR
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. ANY WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED AND WHICH CANNOT
BE DISCLAIMED SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A TERM OF ONE YEAR FROM
THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE.
Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages or limitation on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, any product at any time. Refurbished iPods: We provide a 30 day warranty against
manufacturer defects for all refurbished iPods. If the product fails within 30 days you may
return it for a replacement or repair at our discretion. The product
warranty may be void if the item shows signs of misuse including
physical damage, water damage or excessive hard drive pending sectors
when applicable. Our extended warranties extend the length of time that the warranty is applicable, but does not change the terms of the warranty. Refurbished iPods are subject to a 25% restocking fee if you wish to return it within 30 days. We do not accept returns on refurbished iPods after 30 days.
