After seeing the damage made to my iPad after leaving it on my car and driving off, I thought for sure that it would never be able to get fixed. Trying out my luck, I searched online for way to possibly fix the damage and with every search the name Digiexpress kept coming up. I am just writing this e-mail to say thank you for fixing my iTouch. It was delivered on Friday and I picked it up at the leasing office at my apartment today. When I opened it, it looked so new like the first time I got it and there was a note saying "This device was successfully repaired. I tried it through downloading certain music and going to certain websites and it worked fine. Nothing was tampered with and everything was in place. You even put the cover back on when you finishing it.

I was a little skeptical about the quality of service you promised considering the poor experience I have had with other companies. Yet I decided to order my parts none the less. I had ordered them on 2-8-11. I was highly surprised at the short amount of time it took to ship my order, I received them on 2-10-11. I was most concerned with the quality parts that were sent, but again I was highly satisfied by the parts that were sent to me. After a couple hours of Do-it-yourself work, the new parts were installed and my iPod classic runs and looks like new. I just got the replacement battery for my I pod. I wanted to thank you for your fast shipping. I notice that you sent me two opening tools, I was wondering if it was a mistake but after attempting to open the I-pod with the first tool I broke the tool and didn't have success opening it (now I understand why you send two), so after I saw the opening video couple of times and got myself some patience I was able to open it. Your videos were easy to understand and I got my ipod up and running.

The click-wheel on my wife's iPod Classic was broken and the battery didn't hold a charge for very long, leaving us ready to purchase a new one. However, after coming across your website and talking to Vanessa (who provided great info, buy the way), we decided to buy the new click-wheel and battery from you, and I'd take a shot at repairing it. After spending some time wondering if I had finally found the one iPod that couldn't be opened (but then discovered it's much easier to start in the middle on the bottom), the rest was relatively easy. So instead of buying a new iPod, we were able to repair ours for less than 40 dollars. I just wanted to say thanks for the great prices, excellent on-line instructions, and priceless videos (which were a great help). I wanted to thank you for the wonderful repair job completed on my Nano iPod. It is a 1st generation, that my son's had given me as a gift. After a Saturday afternoon jog, I took off my IPOD and slipped it in my pants pocket, got sidetracked doing some yardwork and forgot all about it. The clothes went into the washer and you guessed it..the IPOD went through the wash cycle and drying cycle. I was really depressed about the whole thing and was on the verge of throwing it in the trash, when I decided to try the internet. Thank goodness I came upon your website!
