I wanted to thank you for the wonderful repair job completed on my Nano iPod. It is a 1st generation, that my son's had given me as a gift. After a Saturday afternoon jog, I took off my IPOD and slipped it in my pants pocket, got sidetracked doing some yardwork and forgot all about it. The clothes went into the washer and you guessed it..the IPOD went through the wash cycle and drying cycle. I was really depressed about the whole thing and was on the verge of throwing it in the trash, when I decided to try the internet. Thank goodness I came upon your website! I didn't think it would be so easy, quick and cheap to replace the battery, LCD screen and face plate on my daughter's iPod. Apple wanted $130 just for the LCD, and I did all three items for less than $80. You folks are incredible. In a sick sorta way, I wish I had more busted iPods to fix!

I decided to use digiexpress to purchase my 5g LCD screen after waiting over a month for another company to send one out that was "backordered" (I had to cancel that order). I just wanted to give you some feedback. I took my IPOD in to the Apple Store for repair. Since it was out of warranty they just wanted to give me a 10% discount on a new IPOD in exchange for mine. They told me that a battery kit was $70+ and that they also thought I had hard drive problems. I visited your web site for the FAQ and thought that I just had a battery failure based upon the symptoms your web-site described. I called your company and they (Mike) told me which battery kit to order. I ordered on line and received the kit in two days. I installed the new battery pack and charged the battery for 6 hours and now it is working great. I just wanted to thank you for all your help and now I have a working IPOD and it only cost me less than $23 including shipping and handling. THANKS!!!

I finally got around to installing the iPod Mini battery that you sent me last week. The whole process took < 15 minutes. The iPod was getting only 1-2hrs of battery life before the replacement.
