Guarantee of Repair:
DigiExpress makes no guarantees of repair. At DigiExpress, we value providing our customers with a cost effective repair solution, unfortunately under certain circumstances this may not be possible. If we determine that your device can not be repaired cost effectively, we will ship your device back to you and refund any unused parts purchased for the repair.
Standard Repair Turn Time:
DigiExpress makes every effort to complete repairs as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 business days, however due to the numerous factors involved in repairing an electronic device, we can not guarantee a turn time on any standard repair order.
24hr. Express Repair Service:We will complete your repair within 24hrs of your final processed order payment on any business day or the service fee is free. 24hr express service excludes: Weekends, holidays, special order parts and parts unavailable due to market conditions, in these cases we will gladly refund the extra cost of the express service and complete your order as a standard repair.
Parts Purchased Elsewhere (Outside Parts):
Our technicians will not install parts from other suppliers. If you supply parts from another retailer, they will not be used for your repair at DigiExpress.
Logic Board Issues:
Problems with a device's logic board or 'main board' are not
always immediately apparent and may require the installation of one
or more parts before this issue is discovered. Once a repair attempt
has been made on a device with a damaged logic board, the device may;
function like it did before, function intermittently, or no longer
function. Attempting to repair an electronic device carries this

If upon arrival to our facility your device is in a damaged or disassembled condition such that we can not fully test its functionality, or the device is passcode locked and no passcode is given, DigiExpress will not accept liability for any component or function, that is not included in the repair. Only the parts and service listed on the invoice are eligible for any warranty or guarantee herein.
Previously Damaged Condition:
In many cases DigiExpress can not restore a device to a 'previously damaged' condition if a repair attempt is unsuccessful. In addition, DigiExpress can not guarantee that a device will return to partial functionality after a repair attempt has been made.

with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us
electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting
notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices,
disclosures and other communications that we provide to you
electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be

No Changes to the Agreement:
No DigiExpress employee or
agent has the authority to vary any of the terms and conditions governing any
DigiExpress may make changes to any
products or services offered online, or to the applicable prices for any such
products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided
online with respect to products and services may be out of date, and
DigiExpress makes no commitment to update the information provided online with
respect to such products and services.
DigiExpress reserves the right to do any
of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate
operation of or access to its online pages, or to any portion of its online site, for
any reason; (2) to modify or change its online pages, or any portion thereof, and any
applicable policies orterms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of its online
site, or any portion thereof, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance,
error correction, or other changes.
If any of the aforementioned terms
are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or
unenforceable, such term shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent
necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the
term, so that the terms shall remain in full force and effect.
DigiExpressí failure to insist on or enforce
strict performance of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver by
DigiExpress of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor
shall any course of conduct between DigiExpress and you or any other party be deemed to
modify any provision of these terms.
You agree and understand that it is
necessary for DigiExpress to collect, process and use your data in order to
process sales, perform service and confirm compliance with applicable laws.
DigiExpress will protect your information in accordance with DigiExpress
Agreement; Force Majeure:
This Agreement governs
service transactions accepted by DigiExpress. No other oral or
written terms or conditions apply. DigiExpress does not authorize any variance or
modification of this Agreement.
DigiExpress is not responsible for any failures or delays
in performing service or delivering your product or a replacement product that
are due to events outside DigiExpressí reasonable control.
DigiExpress reserves the right to change this
Agreement at any time.
|Diagnosis and Repair Service||This
is our 'bench fee' or minimum service fee. It covers both the
diagnostic service and labor to work on your device. This fee is non
refundable once a diagnostic report has been rendered.|
|Add Installation Service ||Similar
to our 'Diagnosis and repair service', this is our minimum service fee
for attempting installation of parts in your device. This fee is non
refundable once an installation attempt has been made.|
|Pulled Parts||The parts removed from a device during a repair. These damaged parts become our property and will be discarded. |
|Cost Effective Repair||A total repair cost that does not meet or exceed the replacement value of the device.|
|Partially Damaged Condition||The original damaged condition before a repair attempt has been made by DigiExpress.|
