What to include when sending in your device:
Please only send the device, your invoice and contact information when
sending a device in for repair. Please do not send any accessories or
cables. If you send the device in its original box you will not get the
box
returned to you.
General shipping information: DigiExpress ships everyday Mon-Sat unless the USPS is closed for a holiday. Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am on Saturday will be shipped the following business day. Some orders may take 2-3 days to process.
Lost items: All items purchased from DigiExpress are made pursuant to a shipment
contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass
to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We strongly recommend adding insurance to your package.
Undeliverable: DigiExpress may require additional shipping fees if a package is returned "undeliverable" if you wish to have it shipped again.
Express Orders: Overnight or Express shipping orders must be completed before 2:30 pm EST to be guaranteed for the next day. Express Orders placed after 2:30 pm EST may still arrive the next day, however DigiExpress can't guarantee them. Some remote locations within the U.S. are a two day delivery through the USPS even if they are sent Express.
