General:
Our techs make every effort to repair each and every iPod quickly and
cost effectively, however sometimes parts are in short supply which can
slow the repair process.
Some models of iPods need a new back plate once they are opened, we
offer a discount for these parts since they are necessary to complete
the repair.
Shipping:
Please only send the iPod, your invoice and contact information when
sending an iPod or iPhone in for repair. Please do not send any accessories or cables.
If you send the iPod in its original box you will not get the box
returned to you.
Data: DigiExpress is not liable for any lost data during repair. Please backup your data prior to sending in your iPod or iPhone for repair. In some cases it is possible to transfer your data to a new hard drive, please ask a DigiExpress representative about this service.
Parts: Once a repair is completed, the parts used for the repair are non-refundable and any further repairs, installations or removal of parts at the customer's request will incur an additional technician fee. All damaged parts removed from an iPod or iPhone during a repair will become property of DigiExpress and will be disposed of at our discretion.
Abandonment Policy: Any iPod, iPhone or accessory left at our repair center longer than 45 days waiting for payment or response will be considered "abandoned" and will become our property. We usually send a diagnosis email within 72hrs of receipt of an iPod, if you do not receive this email please check the spam folder of your email program or call 1-800-440-4693 for your diagnosis results.
