WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY

Lifetime Warranty. We warrant all of our replacement parts, except those listed in the 'exclusions' below, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to operate in the manner intended, for as long as you use it in the device for which it was originally purchased. Physical damage or moisture damage will void any warranty or guarantee offered herein.

Exclusions:
Main electronics boards (logic boards) or any replacement part that incorporates a circuit board.
Hard drives
Back plates
Bezels
Headphone jacks
Charging Ports
Refurbished iPods, iPhones or iPads (separate warranty applies)

If you want DigiExpress to install your warranted replacement part the standard $25 tech fee applies.

Service Warranty. For all service orders, DigiExpress warrants to the extent permitted by law that (1) services performed will conform to their description for ninety (90) days from the date of service, (2) parts or products used in service will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of service, and (3) batteries installed as part of DigiExpress’ battery replacement service will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the device that the battery was originally installed. This warranty is an express limited warranty. If nonconforming service is provided or a defect arises in a replacement part or product during the applicable warranty period, DigiExpress will to the extent permitted by applicable law at its option, either (a) re-perform services to conform to their description (b) repair or replace the part or product, using parts or products that are new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (c) refund the sums paid to DigiExpress for service.

Disclaimer of Warranty. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REMEDIES SET OUT IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, TERMS UNDERTAKINGS, OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGIEXPRESS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, TERMS, UNDERTAKINGS, OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS RELATED TO OR ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTIBILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, CARE, SKILL OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

30 Day Refund Policy. We will gladly refund your money, no questions asked, for any part you purchase from us unless otherwise specified, as long as you return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date, unopened and in excellent condition. Used batteries can not be returned or refunded. Any main electronics board or hard drive that has been installed or opened is not eligible for a refund. Labor and shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser. Damaged or used parts are not eligible for a refund. If you would like to return a product for a refund, send the product and proof of purchase to us and we will mail you a refund check or credit your payment source within 30 days of receipt. All returned parts will be tested before a refund is issued. Refunds are not guaranteed, returned parts must be received in a condition that complies with our parts return policy.

Right to Replace. We reserve the right to replace any product which has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function.

Special Orders. We do not offer refunds/returns on special orders. Special orders may include; parts that we do not keep in stock, parts that have been discontinued, parts no longer available in the open market, and high quantity orders (over 100 pcs) of one or more stock items specially ordered in a quantity determined by the customer.

Limitation of Liability. DIGIEXPRESS DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR FOR LOST, CORRUPTED, OR COMPROMISED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, DIGIEXPRESS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT, DIGIEXPRESS IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, any product at any time.

General shipping information. DigiExpress ships everyday Mon-Sat unless the USPS is closed for a holiday.Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday - Friday will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 11am on Saturday will be shipped the following business day. Some orders may take 2-3 days to process. Please only send the device, your invoice and contact information when sending a device in for repair. Please do not send any accessories or cables. If you send the device in its original box you will not get the box returned to you.

Lost items. All items purchased from DigiExpress are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We strongly recommend adding insurance to your package.

Undeliverable. DigiExpress may require additional shipping fees if a package is returned "undeliverable" if you wish to have it shipped again.

Expedited Shipping Services. DigiExpress does not guarantee claims made by third party shipping carriers about the rate of delivery. Services such as ‘Express’, ‘Overnight’, ‘Priority’, ‘Next Day’, etc., promoted by third party shipping carriers are subject to the respective carrier’s terms and conditions and all liability for delivery times/schedules are the sole responsibility of the carrier.

Privacy Policy. DigiExpress will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to DigiExpress employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
